We bought the buddy rider from Roodog Ltd and it arrived in no time at all. Clear instructions for assembly made fixing it to the bicycle easy. I would definitely buy from Roodog Ltd again.

Have had excellent service from day one, both over the phone and from their workshops in person. My Roodog bike has performed splendidly ( it’s now about 8 years old )and on the rare occasions I’ve needed help, they have always gone the extra mile. A pleasure to do business with !!!

Following a recent enquiry about replacement brake pads for our Roodog chic bikes we purchased 3 years ago I wanted to say that whenever we have had enquiries with Roodog we get a great response. A prompt reply and very polite and helpful which is appreciated.
We have done about 2000 miles over 3 years on local country lanes. Both bikes are still in very good condition and the only replacement so far are the brake pads. We absolutely love our bikes and the low step over has helped a lot as we are older cyclists. Very easy to handle, lots of features fitted as standard such as bike stand, lights and easy to control power and gears. Would definitely buy again from Roodog, however they are that well made I think it will be a few years before we wear them out. If your looking for an electric bike from a good British firm then check them out. We couldn't be happier.

we bought 2 e-bikes from Roodog at the NEC show ground. great service brilliant about the bikes. very patient with us as undecided on which bike. since receiving the bikes we have had goo after care. thank you Roodog and Tina.

Bought an ebike (bliss) at the motorhome show. From the inital contact with the sales person through to the delivery it has been perfect. Product is also great. Would 100% recommend Roodog

My partner Amanda and I have both got Roodog Bliss bikes and we love them. What makes the whole experience so much better is the fantastic help we’ve had from Scott over the time we’ve owned them. He has always got time to listen and help whenever we have spoken to him, ably assisted by Tina, we can’t praise them enough. We have recently bought larger chain wheels for our bikes which Scott, after listening to us, advised us to purchase, the results are amazing, once again thank you Scott.

I needed a new battery so I contacted RooDog. They didn’t have one in stock but said replacements were due in very soon. They asked if I wished to be informed when a battery was available, I said yes. A few days later I was informed batteries were available and one had been put aside for me. I transferred the payment and the battery arrived on the delivery day I chose. Great service. Thank you.

My son bought a Revvi 18 for my grandson and it's a brilliant bike. The service that was given by the company to get it to us on time for his birthday was amazing. I would 100% recommend this company.

I had been looking for the right E-Bike for a while and seen the bike of my dreams at the Hornsea Bike Fest in the Roodog display. They made sure it was all checked over and tweaked to perfection before I collected it. I have used Roodog before when needing bike repair and the service is always top of the line and proffesional with a quality prodcut line.
