We had a phone call today from one of our lovely customers with a vexing inner tube problem. He got a puncture on his Roodog e-bike and took it to a local bike shop for advice. They advised him that he needed a new valve at the cost of £20 which he thought was a bit...They are almost here !

Claire Hart2023-11-19I'm really impressed with the build quality and finish my Bliss fitted with adult stabilisers. The bike folds up and easily fits in the back of the car. The stabilisers are great - the big wheels make for easy riding and don't snag rough tracks. They can be removed easily to allow the bike to fold. All up - very pleased - thanks Roodog
Sidney Easton2023-11-15It turned up on time and well packaged. The instructions where not very clear for fitting to the battery bike and took awhile to get it fitted so the bike was easy to ride around corners. Now my wife will hopefully get out and enjoy riding the bike more than before.

I contacted Roodog, and despite the bike being out of warranty, they agreed to repair /replace the battery free of charge apart from a small postage charge. All this was done very quickly and efficiently within 10 days. Excellent product and customer service! Thanks.
