Your new RooDog e-bike will come 80% pre-assembled and will require minimum effort to put together on arrival. Detailed and easy to follow instructions are provided. Buy with confidence. Return policy
If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing within 14 days, starting the day after your bike, parts or accessories are delivered. return@roodog.co.uk. All items must be returned:
- as new condition
- in original packing
- unused
- with the proof of purchase
We will refund in full including the original cost of delivery. Please note that return postage is at buyer’s expense.
