In stock delivery: 3-5 working days. Free to collect. Delivery £30 in mainland UK for Mon-Fri delivery. Your e-bike will require minimum effort to put together on arrival. Your new RooDog e-bike will come 80% pre-assembled. Detailed and easy to follow instructions are provided. Buy with confidence. We quality check test and inspect every e-bike before it leaves. Return policy
If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing within 14 days, starting the day after your bike, parts or accessories are delivered. return@roodog.co.uk. All items must be returned:
- in new condition!
- in original packing!
- unused!
- and with the proof of purchase!
We will refund in full including the original cost of delivery. Return postage is at buyer’s expense.
