We had a phone call today from one of our lovely customers with a vexing inner tube problem. He got a puncture on his Roodog e-bike and took it to a local bike shop for advice. They advised him that he needed a new valve at the cost of £20 which he thought was a bit much, so he called us for a second opinion. We advised that it would be much cheaper to just get a new inner tube for round about £5.
He was much happier with our advice and hopefully we saved him £15.
Fiasco sorted.

The stabilisers are great - the big wheels make for easy riding and don't snag rough tracks. They can be removed easily to allow the bike to fold. All up - very pleased - thanks Roodog

I contacted Roodog, and despite the bike being out of warranty, they agreed to repair /replace the battery free of charge apart from a small postage charge. All this was done very quickly and efficiently within 10 days. Excellent product and customer service! Thanks.
