When you receive your new electric bike there will be some minimal assembly to carry out. Instructions are included with the bike, but we have also found these useful videos which you may find helpful.

The stabilisers are great - the big wheels make for easy riding and don't snag rough tracks. They can be removed easily to allow the bike to fold. All up - very pleased - thanks Roodog

I contacted Roodog, and despite the bike being out of warranty, they agreed to repair /replace the battery free of charge apart from a small postage charge.
