I bought my Grand Chique ebike from Scott just before the first lockdown and I have covered 3,500 miles since I bought it with one battery replacement and a back tyre. I had an electrical fault last week and popped it round to Scott and he worked his magic on it. I just did 13 miles around East Park in 55 mins and it's as if it was new so I want to give thanks to Scott's endeavours and can assure would be customers that it is well worth being a customer and you will be looked after with any problems. We recently bought 2 folding electric bikes from Scott at the NEC Motorhome Show. The service and help we received from Scott was excellent and very helpful. Scott kept us up to date with delivery dates.

With regards to the bikes these are top class bikes. We have had folding bikes before and they have always felt a bit flimsy but everything on the Roo Bikes we have had is built to a very professional standard. They are comfortable to ride and the battery life is excellent. We used them for a week in France and only had to recharge the batteries once.

We bought the buddy rider from Roodog Ltd and it arrived in no time at all. Clear instructions for assembly made fixing it to the bicycle easy. I would definitely buy from Roodog Ltd again.

Following a recent enquiry about replacement brake pads for our Roodog chic bikes we purchased 3 years ago I wanted to say that whenever we have had enquiries with Roodog we get a great response. A prompt reply and very polite and helpful which is appreciated.
We have done about 2000 miles over 3 years on local country lanes. Both bikes are still in very good condition and the only replacement so far are the brake pads. We absolutely love our bikes and the low step over has helped a lot as we are older cyclists. Very easy to handle, lots of features fitted as standard such as bike stand, lights and easy to control power and gears. Would definitely buy again from Roodog, however they are that well made I think it will be a few years before we wear them out. If your looking for an electric bike from a good British firm then check them out. We couldn't be happier.

I needed a new battery so I contacted RooDog. They didn’t have one in stock but said replacements were due in very soon. They asked if I wished to be informed when a battery was available, I said yes. A few days later I was informed batteries were available and one had been put aside for me. I transferred the payment and the battery arrived on the delivery day I chose. Great service. Thank you.

I had been looking for the right E-Bike for a while and seen the bike of my dreams at the Hornsea Bike Fest in the Roodog display. They made sure it was all checked over and tweaked to perfection before I collected it.
