My partner Amanda and I have both got Roodog Bliss bikes and we love them. What makes the whole experience so much better is the fantastic help we’ve had from Scott over the time we’ve owned them. He has always got time to listen and help whenever we have spoken to him, ably assisted by Tina, we can’t praise them enough. We have recently bought larger chain wheels for our bikes which Scott, after listening to us, advised us to purchase, the results are amazing, once again thank you Scott.Paul & Amanda.

I needed a new battery so I contacted RooDog. They didn’t have one in stock but said replacements were due in very soon. They asked if I wished to be informed when a battery was available, I said yes. A few days later I was informed batteries were available and one had been put aside for me. I transferred the payment and the battery arrived on the delivery day I chose. Great service. Thank you.
